A bilingual local services site for Allentown, PA that is compiled rather than written: one JSON catalog holds the business entity, its services, locations, prices and every factual claim, and a Python build renders eighty-two English and Spanish pages, their markup, internal links and sitemap from that single record.

Spanish pages carry Spanish URLs because a translated slug is what earns the query. A proposition auditor checks every claim on the built site against the catalog before it ships, and reports where each one is asserted and whether anything contradicts it.

A security control plane for the MyOrbisResults family, built after a live cryptojacking incident: a vulnerability register, an incident library mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, and a scanner for the attack surface that AI coding agents and MCP servers create on a developer workstation.

One place that holds every finding, every incident with the exact commands used, and the detection rules derived from them — plus a posture score for an attack surface most security tooling does not look at.

A Delaware-only legal resource for a LegalShield (prepaid legal) affiliate, organised around the problem a resident actually has — DUI and traffic, family law, estate planning, real estate, business and civil matters — with membership tiers and coverage across all three counties.

An affiliate offer that reads as a legal resource rather than an affiliate funnel: structured by practice area and county instead of by the commission behind it.

An agency operations platform built as a product — multi-tenant from the first migration, with thirteen specialist agents running lead discovery, enrichment, outreach and client delivery under an orchestrator — and the public marketing site for its first tenant, a zero-fee payment processing business in Idaho.

Prospecting, qualification and follow-up run as recorded agent runs behind approval gates rather than as an inbox and a spreadsheet. Because tenancy was in the schema from the first migration rather than retrofitted, the second tenant costs a row instead of a rebuild.
